Growing up, my nickname was Rusty, because of my red hair. It had given me so much attention that I was self-conscious about it and had become very shy. But as I grew up, I found inspiration in the beauty and strength of foxes. They represent resilience and uniqueness, qualities I aim to bring to every handmade piece I create. So, Rusted Fox Handmade is a nod to my nickname, my red hair, and the fiery spirit of the fox. Just like a fox's rusty red hue, my business is all about embracing what makes us stand out and shine!

The Dream That Began With A Stitch
My journey began with a single sewing class at Sew Bestie, where I discovered my passion for creating something from scratch. Who knew that a pair of pajama pants would spark a dream?! I was hooked from the very first stitch!
As I honed my skills, I knew I wanted to share my handmade creations with the world. And then something special happened- my kids wanted in on the action! Now, Rusted Fox is a true family affair, with my two little ones by my side!
